Very professional and detailed hearing evaluation. Thomas did a good job explaining my test.

Staff was thorough and very courteous. Unfortunately, I cannot afford $3750 for hearing aids at this time. Tom was very helpful and professional. Sorry I had to disappoint him on the sale aspect. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for non Hodgkin Lymphoma and money is more than tight.

Tom identified the problem with mom’s hearing aides in a matter of minutes, discussed the replacement process and provided a temporary solution in the interim. I am very pleased with our experience.
