Tom and Stephanie had previously taken excellent care of my father’s hearing needs to greatly improve quality of life. He was fitted with the best hearing aids for his situation, and was provided instructive and friendly monitoring visits. When the opportunity arose my husband and I were happy to sign up for free hearing tests and consultation. We appreciated this screening in which we were then shown and patiently explained the results to help with making future decisions. Took my mother for a hearing test at St Luke’s North, today 03/25/2024. We were definitely pleased with the experience. Brittney our audiologist explained the different types of hearing loss and how it affects your life when your hearing is impaired, the effects it has on your life and others around you. She spoke clearly and was easy for someone with hearing loss to understand. We were pleased with the brands and options that were available and pricing. Very impressed with Brittney and will definitely not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends in the future.
