Tom made my wife comfortable and happy. Great initial experience. So good to deal with a seasoned professional. Placed the order and can’t wait till the hearing aids arrive.

I was very happy with service and knowledge of staff. However, at my last appointment Tom was not there. Your records showed that someone was to call me and reschedule. That never happened, so I showed up for an appointment and he wasn't there.

Always a pleasant experience,appointments are scheduled well, with very little or no waiting.My hearing aids were cleaned, and my ears canals were checked for wax buildup. Next appointment’s scheduled for June, it will be for a hearing test, checking for any change in my hearing,(at no charge) because I purchased...

Staff was thorough and very courteous. Unfortunately, I cannot afford $3750 for hearing aids at this time. Tom was very helpful and professional. Sorry I had to disappoint him on the sale aspect. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for non Hodgkin Lymphoma and money is more than tight.
